The Problem
Right now, Legal AI is in the "Napster Era." Companies scrape data illegally to train their models. This creates hallucinations (fake answers) and massive liability risks for law firms and banks. They can't use these tools safely.
Our Solution
BlackVec is the licensed data layer. We don't scrape; we partner with data owners (publishers, governments) to stream verified legal updates to AI agents via API.
- We pay royalties to the data owners (like Spotify).
- We give "Liability Insurance" to the AI companies.
Why Now?
I am moving the headquarters to San Francisco next month to capture the US market while the window is open.
